Once the order has been placed, a confirmation mail is sent to the email address given by the customer. Processing of order takes 2-4 business days, shipping takes 3-10 business days. We do not take responsibility for any situation within the shipping company that may cause a delay in delivery. We cannot affect the shipping companies schedule.

The artworks are packed carefully to ensure a safe delivery, all orders are traceable and shipped from Sweden.
A shipping fee will be added at checkout, the fee depend on country and will be calculated when country is given.
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which mean that all taxes and import duties are excluded in the final price – we are unable to calculate these charges in advance and we do not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. We do not cover taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages.
The parcel will be delivered to the address given by the customer – should there be a change of address please notify us earliest possible at info@idavikfors.com. Please notice that the parcel will be sent to a postal office or collection point. The customer will receive a notification to email and/or phone number given.
When receiving a notification from the shipping company that the package is ready for pickup, please do so as soon as possible.
Ida Vikfors do not take responsibility for packages that are not picked up by the customer, and if a package should be returned to Ida Vikfors due to this case the customer will be charged an extra fee for the return. No returns for the order itself will be accepted but possibility to arrange a new shipment. An additional shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
Should a parcel be damaged on arrival, please document any external damage for example through photo/video. Notify the shipping company/collection point and Ida Vikfors at info@idavikfors.com
If you for some reason aren’t fully satisfied with an artwork, you can return the art within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. Please notify Ida Vikfors in a clear statement immediately at info@idavikfors.com
The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and made sure that it’s secure for shipment. The artwork must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. Damaged returns will not be accepted. The shipment must be traceable and insured, shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Please note that commissioned works are non-returnable.
VAT (12%) is included in price given for all individual pieces.
We strive to display and describe the artworks colours/nuances as precisely as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen will give the accurate colour. Do you wish to recieve more pictures of the artwork, please contact us.
